All services are subject to project agreements, proposals, and invoices issued between HQPack and the client.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into agreements
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Project Agreements & Payments

3.1 Quotes & Proposals

All projects begin with a custom quote or proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, images, branding materials, and information on time
  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure that provided materials do not violate intellectual property laws

Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified.
  • HQPack retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5.2 Third-Party Assets

Projects may include third-party assets (fonts, plugins, themes, stock images). Licensing terms of those assets remain subject to their respective owners.

6. Website & eCommerce Responsibility

For online stores and websites:

  • Clients are responsible for product legality and compliance with local laws.
  • HQPack is not liable for business losses, payment gateway issues, or third-party service interruptions.
  • Security measures will be implemented, but no website is 100% immune to cyber threats.

7. Limitation of Liability

HQPack shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or profits
  • Delays caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain, payment gateways, etc.)

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms
  • Refuse service if a project involves illegal, harmful, or unethical content

Clients may terminate projects in writing; however, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any confidential information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

HQPack may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international digital service regulations and local business laws where HQPack operates.
